Hi! my name is Lydee and I’m almost 15. I’ve been cheering for 3 years with my school. This was my first year on varsity. I’ve cheered on and off over the course of 10 years while I was a gymnast as well. Cheering is what has made me who I am today. Although I have never cheered all star I’m still so in love with the sport. Being a cheerleader requires you to set an example for others and other girls. There’s always a little girl watching at the football games thinking, “I want to be just like her.” that’s partially why I cheer- to see the girls that look up to me and I love the feeling. I feel like I would be a good spokesmodel because I’m very outgoing and I love meeting other people and cheerleaders. I love giving advice to people also.
